The Rent Stabilization Ordinance Building Blocks seminar series is a program that educates property owners, managers, tenants and other community members on the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).  The Tenant Advanced seminar will give participants an understanding of the following topics: eviction protections, tenant harassment, social services for low-income seniors, Home Secure program, rental assistance and managing finances, hoarding/bed bugs and available assistance, reasonable accommodations, unit transfers, pets, services dogs and therapy animals, and the Aging in Place, Aging in Community Five-Year Strategic Plan.  There is no charge to attend this program. RSVP is not required.
