The RSO Building Blocks seminar series educates property owners, managers, tenants, and other community members about the City of West Hollywood’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).  The Tenant Basics seminar gives participants an understanding of the following topics: re-registration of rental units, limits on rent increases, security deposits, registration pass-through fees and rebates, minimum maintenance standards and housing services, the hearing process for loss of housing services and rent overcharges, required noticing, repairs, water conservation, emergency preparedness, AirBnB, and short-term rentals.
