Co-sponsored by the Cities of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, Debby Figoni, Water Conservation Administrator with the Beverly Hills Public Works Department, will lead a free water-wise landscaping workshop and rain barrel distribution event. Rain barrels will be available for purchase and there is a $35 rebate for up to two rain barrels..
