Editor Sherry Amatenstein, LCSW, and contributor Jessica Zucker, PhD, discuss their recent book release, How Does That Make You Feel?, an anthology of essays from the perspectives of both the "shrink" and the "shrunk”. Yes, your therapist has thoughts about you. In the book, therapist/authors share what it’s like to hate a patient or feel incompetent to even be a therapist. Patient/authors write about everything from being pressured by a body-shaming therapist to drop pounds to developing a friendship with a beloved therapist after a career-ending stroke.
