The RSO Building Blocks seminar series is a program that educates property owners, managers, tenants and other community members on the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).  The Reasonable Accommodations for Disabled Tenants seminar will give participants an understanding  of  what a Reasonable Accommodations request is,  what is required, who qualifies and what is a landlord’s responsibility.
