Join the City of West Hollywood for its annual celebration of Women's Equality Day, commemorating the ratification of 19th amendment to the U.S. Constitution which granted women the right to vote! Don't miss the world premiere of Inez Milholland ~ Forward into Light by filmmaker Martha Wheelock. This short documentary tells the story of American icon, Inez Milholland whom became the voice of suffrage and broke convention with her striking conscience advocating for gender equality, pacifism, racial justice, unions and free speech in the early Twentieth Century.

The event features a panel discussion, a silent auction of suffrage movement memorabilia, a voter registration pop-up and a reception.
