The Fabulous Darshan is set in modern day New York City... and inside the mind of Ken Satchel- a middle-aged, Broadway character actor with a love of life & an encyclopedic knowledge of cult movies. A recent survivor of a grave illness, Ken's anxiety of relapse has made him fearful about taking risks in his life. Ken's world is turned upside down yet again when he decides to mentor a young high-strung actor named Stu. Finding solace in his new relationship and a new dialogue with an ancient Hindu god, Ken learns that it is never too late to start over again.
