This year's Festival theme - Santa Barbara: The Coastal Frontier! Learn how the sea influenced early Santa Barbara and the rich Spanish history as we celebrate the culture, music, and cuisine. This is one of the largest equestrian parades with lots of entertainment, things to see and a nice family get-away. You'll have front row seating (included).The Parade will start at Noon and seating will be between the Main streets of Cabrillo Blvd. & State Street. Everyone will have the day to browse around town, explore all of the quaint shops, and enjoy lunch on your own.
