Have you always wanted to write, but don’t know where or how to get started? Are you a seasoned (or even not-so-seasoned) writer looking to find a community? The West Hollywood Library is excited to announce its inaugural Writing Workshop, to be held every other Saturdays (until September…?). These workshops will:
• be geared to all levels of writers (novices to professional)
• focus primarily on fiction/nonfiction/memoir
• provide attendees with opportunities to complete writing assignments
• give you the opportunity to receive feedback on your work
• get you kick-started on the writing life you’ve always wanted!
The first two months of workshops will be conducted by renowned author Felice Picano; guest authors/writers (to be announced) will conduct later workshops. This is your chance to learn from the masters!
These workshops are free, but space may be limited. Please call the library to RSVP your space in the workshop. For questions and inquiries, please contact David Davis.
