The City of West Hollywood is at the beginning of a year-long process to update the City’s Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program and to develop incentives to promote sustainable infill and transit-supportive mixed-use development within the City’s Transit Overlay Zone (TOZ).  These efforts are guided by policies adopted in the City’s General Plan 2035 and Climate Action Plan focused on reducing the City’s annual communitywide Greenhouse Gas emissions and also reducing traffic congestion in West Hollywood.  The WEHO ACTS Working Group is comprised of various community stakeholders (including businesses, residents, commissioners and professionals) to provide input to staff and City’s consultant as part of the process.  This is the first of a series of five planned meetings.
