Summer Sounds Free Concert: Zetz Klezmer Ensemble - Klezmer

Zetz is an energetic and entertaining ensemble that charms audiences across all age groups and cultural backgrounds. Their original and traditional music is rooted in klezmer traditions of Eastern European Jews, but also fuses sounds from across the globe. These creative musicians draw upon a range of music from lyrical haunting melodies of the synagogue and folk music to witty and entertaining Yiddish vaudeville songs, from boisterous dances of the Russians and Ukrainians to music with a bit of western classical and rock. During the show Zetz will share fun and entertaining stories, history, and demonstrations on what klezmer music is.

This program is presented by the City of West Hollywood through WeHo Arts as part of the City's free Summer Sounds Concert Series. No RSVPs are necessary, and first-come, first-served seating is available.
