The RSO Building Blocks seminar series is a program that educates property owners, managers, tenants and other community members on the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).  The How Evictions Work seminar will give participants the opportunity to learn the difference between “no fault” and “just cause” evictions and about the required noticing and procedures.
