The RSO Building Blocks seminar series is a program that educates property owners, managers, tenants and other community members on the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).  The Affordable Housing Waitlists seminar will give participants the opportunity to learn about how non-profit housing providers, cities and the County of Los Angeles use waitlist to fill affordable housing vacancies.
