The RSO Building Blocks seminar series is a program that educates property owners, managers, tenants and other community members on the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).  The Tenants’ 101 Workshop seminar will give participants the opportunity to learn about the basics of the RSO, including rules and restrictions on rent increases, general property maintenance, and the difference between “no fault” and “just cause” evictions.
