This discussion item will be part of the agenda of the Rent Stabilization Commission.  The City of West Hollywood is proposing incentives for multi-family historic buildings to the Rent Stabilization Commission, the Historic Preservation Commission and the Planning Commission for review and recommendation to the City Council.  The purpose of the incentives is to assist property owners in maintaining, rehabilitating, and preserving historic buildings while maintaining the units under rent stabilization.
