The purpose of the scoping meeting is to describe the proposed project and provide the public the opportunity to comment on
the scope, or what is to be included in the contents of the Draft EIR.  The Arts Club Project, located at 8920 Sunset Boulevard, involves demolition of the existing structures on the project site and the construction of an approximately 132,000-square-foot, nine-story, multi-use commercial building.
