Join the City of West Hollywood in its efforts to raise awareness about rape and sexual assault by participating in Denim Day. West Hollywood City Hall staff and community members will wear jeans for Denim Day on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in the spirit of uniting against the sexual assault of girls, women, boys, and men; and in standing up in support of survivors.
Denim Day is hosted by the City’s Public Safety Department to break the silence and to end sexual violence. City Hall staff will also gather at 9:45 a.m. in the lobby on Denim Day for a group photo to display their solidarity with everyone by wearing their jeans. There will also be a lobby display at West Hollywood City Hall, 8300 Santa Monica Boulevard, to educate the public about Sexual Violence Awareness Month.
