  • Date: April 24, 2016 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM
  • Location: West Hollywood Community Center at Plummer Park, Rooms 5/6
    7377 Santa Monica Boulevard

Funded by the City of West Hollywood through WeHo Arts, these puppet shows highlight aspects of Eastern European culture and are geared towards children and parents. Each Russian language performance at 11 am is followed by an English language performance at 12:15 pm.  Admission is free.

Buratino is a wooden puppet who finds himself in constant trouble. With the help of his amazing friends like Malvina, Piero and others he is able to outsmart Karabas Barabas, Lisa Alisa and Cat Basilio to uncover the theater that unites them. This story teaches children that friendships and love prevail over evil.
