The RSO Building Blocks seminar series is a program that educates property owners, managers, tenants and other community members on the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).  The Making the Connection with Social Service Providers seminar will give participants the opportunity to learn about what services are available to assist qualified senior and low-income West Hollywood residents.
