The RSO Building Blocks seminar series is a program that educates property owners, managers, tenants and other community members on the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).  The Landlord Basics 101 seminar will give participants the opportunity to learn about the  basics of the RSO, including what you are entitled to once you have re-registered a unit, penalties for failure to re-register, and how to avoid rend reductions and overcharges.
