The City of West Hollywood through its Russian Advisory Board in collaboration with the Women’s Advisory Board will celebrate International Women’s day with a community awareness/call for action event focused on the 2016 International Women’s Day theme, “Pledge for Parity.”  The event will feature guest speakers, musicians and dancers who will entertain as well as help us create a balanced and meaningful program.
