The Arts Club is a new development project proposed at 8920 Sunset Boulevard.  The project includes an amendment to the Sunset Specific Plan, a development permit for an 8 floor commercial building, and a demolition permit to remove the existing two-story commercial structure.  The neighborhood meeting will allow the community to see the project, provide input to the applicants and ask questions.
