The City of West Hollywood is hosting its annual Halloween Carnaval and you are cordially invited. Join in on the fun at our adult* Halloween event. Come in costume and join us in celebration as Santa Monica Boulevard comes alive with food, entertainment, and the most creative costumes on the planet! Admission is free.
