The City of West Hollywood encourages developers and business owners to work together with artists through the City’s Mural Program to provide opportunities for artistic and creative engagements on commercial properties throughout the City. Art can offer a competitive advantage for a business, drawing positive attention for the business as it is seen to be engaging more actively with the community.
