The meet and greet with the new representative in the California Assembly, Assemblymember Richard Bloom set for Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the West Hollywood Library, 625 N. San Vicente Boulevard has been postponed until late June or Mid-July.

Assemblymember Richard Bloom was elected in November 2012 to represent California’s 50th Assembly District. The district is comprised of Agoura Hills, Malibu, Topanga, Pacific Palisades, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and parts of Los Angeles and Hollywood. Bloom plans to focus on good government and job creation, improving public school funding and outcomes, providing services for seniors and the disabled, ending homelessness, and protecting California’s environment, causes he championed during his tenure as Mayor of Santa Monica.
