Please join us for a hands-on demonstration of Ikebana, the Japanese Art of Flower Arrangement. Instructor Mari Prasad will show you the basics of how to use Ikebana as an artistic and natural approach to arranging flowers. The program is free but space is limited. To participate please sign up at the library's Information Desk or call (310) 652-5340. Parking validation will be provided. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. For ADA accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter or materials in an alternate format, please call (562) 940-8462 (voice), or (562) 940-8477 (TTY), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., at least six days prior to event.
