Event sponsored by the West Hollywood Library. Join us for an author talk with Carole Brody Fleet on her new book: Happily Even After: A Guide to Getting Through (and Beyond) the Grief of Widowhood. The loss of a partner can be devastating; oftentimes leaving the survivor feeling both alone and marginalized. These feelings can be greatly magnified when surviving partners are members of the LGBT community. What are the emotional ramifications of the loss of a partner and how do you move forward into a life filled with hope and happiness? These questions and more will be discussed by Carole Brody Fleet, award-winning author of Widows Wear Stilettos. Carole will be signing copies of her new book at the program. Admission is free.
