A woman’s body is not a battlefield. Learn to stand up for reproductive rights at this free educational program presented by the National Council of Jewish Women/LA, featuring a panel of experts moderated by Los Angeles Times columnist Sandy Banks. Scheduled guest speakers include: Maggie Crosby, Staff Attorney, ACLU Northern California; Serena Josel, Director of Public Affairs, Planned Parenthood Los Angeles; Linda Long, Vice President, California NOW; and Kaya Masler, USC student and political organizer. Co-sponsored by, American Civil Liberties Union of California, City of West Hollywood, Feminist Majority Foundation, Miracle Mile/LA NOW, Ms. Magazine, and Planned Parenthood Los Angeles and the West Hollywood Women’s Advisory Board. The program will begin promptly at noon. Light refreshments will be served. Free admission.
