Recapping 2021, The Mindfulness Series

In this workshop, attendees discuss how they've managed in 2021 by constructively looking at prior goals and objectives. Participants will learn how to reassess their accomplishments mindfully and set intentions to have a remarkable 2022.

About the Instructor ~ Maggie Thomas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a private therapy practice. She is also a Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner.
