Applicant is proposing a dining area on rooftop terrace of existing restaurant (Norah)
Scope of work includes the creation of an outdoor dining area on the existing restaurant roof consisting of approximately 2,465.5 sf.
This area is located at the front of the restaurant area toward Santa Monica Blvd. and is approximately 87' 8" from the rear property line. There is also a bar proposed on the rooftop in the center of the outdoor dining area. There will be no amplified music or events on the rooftop.
A noise study will be prepared to determine noise mitigation methods from the adjacent neighbors.
The application was recently submitted and the purpose and intent of the neighborhood meeting is for the neighbors to learn more about the project from the applicant, ask questions, and provide feedback that can be incorporated into the proposed project. This project will ultimately go to the Planning Commission (Date has not yet been scheduled).
