The next meeting of the West Hollywood Rent Stabilization Commission will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Given the local, state and nation state of emergency, this meeting will be a teleconferenced meeting (with detailed instructions for participation included on the posted agenda). The Rent Stabilization Commission is responsible for promulgating policies, rules, forms or regulations found necessary to effectuate, implement and enforce the provisions of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance. The Commission hears all appeals of decisions by a hearing examiner.
