beWellWeHo, The Mindfulness Series presents: Life as a Gift

During class, the instructor will lead a discussion on how to view "Life as a Gift.” Participants will learn new skills in mindfulness that will allow them to be present here and now and to enjoy life fully.

Everyone over 18 is welcome. Free Virtual Class

Maggie Thomas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a private therapy practice. She is also a Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner.
