The Calendar features a comprehensive schedule of City of West Hollywood meetings and City-sponsored events. In order to ensure accuracy, only listings for the current month appear on the Calendar. (Past events remain listed, as well.) The following month's Calendar listings are typically added during the last week of the month prior.

Planning Commission Teleconference Meeting

IN AN EFFORT TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS), THIS PUBLIC MEETING IS HELD PURSUANT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 ISSUED BY CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ON MARCH 17, 2020.  THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA HAS AUTHORIZED PUBLIC MEETINGS TO TAKE PLACE VIA TELECONFERENCE.

The Planning Commission was created on December 5, 1985 and consists of five (5) members, appointed by individual Council members, and two (2) members appointed by the Council as a whole (at-large).  Each member of the Commission shall serve a two-year term commencing June 1st following a general municipal election.  Members shall be residents of the City and shall not be officers or employees of the City.

Meetings of the Planning Commission are held on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 6:30 p.m. and are televised live on WeHo TV  (Captioned for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing)

TO PARTICIPATE BY PROVIDING AN E-COMMENT:
To better facilitate the remote meeting, members of the public who wish to comment on matters before the Planning Commission are strongly encouraged to submit an E-Comment Form no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Planning Commission meeting day.

Note:  E-Comments received by 4:00 p.m. will be forwarded to the Planning Commission and posted on the City’s website as part of the official meeting record.

  1. You are strongly encouraged to Email dgillig@weho.org in advance of the Planning Commission meeting, to be added to the Public Speaker List for the meeting. Please include your name, the phone number from which you will be calling, and which item you would like to speak on.

     

  2. Dial-in 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting (the meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.)
