EDUCATIONAL SERIES

The City's Rent Stabilization staff receives a wide variety of inquiries from tenants, landlords and other community members on a daily basis. These inquiries include various topics related to:

  • Affordable Housing
  • Re-Registrations
  • Evictions
  • Hearings
  • Maintenance and more

Our "Things to Know" four-part educational series has been designed to help educate our community members about key topics related to Rent Stabilization and Housing. Please refer to the series' information provided below.

Part I:    WeHo Inclusionary Housing Program
