Rent and Income Schedules
Maximum rents, household income, and sales prices are adjusted annually and effective September 1 to August 31 of the following year.
SCHEDULE A: For all current leases and tenants moving in after June 30, 2002 - Leases After June 30, 2002
SCHEDULE B: For tenants who moved in before July 1, 2002 - Leases Prior to July 1, 2002
The City maintains waitlists for upcoming units in the inclusionary program. Due to the high-level of interest, the City's waitlists are currently closed until further notice.
