The City of West Hollywood issues Special Event Permits for many different types of events.
Each business in the City of West Hollywood is allowed to have 12 Special Event Permits per calendar year. Businesses must submit a Special Event Permit Application for each proposed event.
Some examples of events that would require a Special Event Permit are: a cocktail party at a retail store, a premiere party with live music or temporary valet, a walk-a-thon, a pet adoption, a sidewalk sale, an after-party with food trucks, and many more.
In order to determine whether the event you’re planning will require a Special Event Permit, please complete this Special Event Request One Sheet with some basic information about the event that you are planning. Once completed, please fax to (323) 848-6565 or email to DLogan@weho.org or MReath@weho.org.
