The City Clerk provides creative and service oriented solutions, delivering City Council support services to both internal and external customers. The City Clerk's Division works to provide information and services in an open, timely and user-friendly fashion.

Division services include election administration; maintenance of city records and information; support for City Council, Advisory Boards and Commissions; Municipal Code codification; political reform and lobbyist information; Domestic Partnership registration; processing and distribution of city mail; staffing the main reception area for City Hall; and legal support and filings.  Our City Clerk is Yvonne Quarker.

  • FORM 700 - Statement of Economic Interests
    Information on Form 700 filing requirements for City Councilmembers and the City Treasurer as well as information on obtaining copies of the filings.
  • FORM 806 - Agency Report of Public Official Appointments
    In accordance with FPPC regulations, the City Council adopted Form 806, which allows a councilmember to participate in the decision to appoint him/herself to a position that will result in additional compensation and directed the City Clerk to post the form to the City's website.

    Pursuant to West Hollywood Municipal Code Section 2.72.020, any Lobbyist shall register with the City Clerk prior to conducting any activities for the purpose of influencing any action by the City of West Hollywood.
