City of Beverly Hills to Begin Reconstruction on N. Santa Monica Boulevard
The City of Beverly Hills will begin its N. Santa Monica Boulevard Reconstruction project on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. Construction will take place in phases along the 1.5-mile segment of N. Santa Monica Boulevard between Doheny Drive and Wilshire Boulevard. The project, which will rebuild the roadway and rehabilitate aging infrastructure, is estimated to take approximately 18 months to complete.
The project will be completed in four phases. The first phase will take place between Wilshire Boulevard and Alpine Drive. Basic construction hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday — hours may be increased depending on the type of work in progress.
